New patch?

Wasn't there a 12.0.3 patch released recently?

if so when I start a new game the only DB option is default... not the patch

It didn't change the database it has a hotfix which paches a few bugs.

Yes there was a patch, but no new database changes were made, hence it being called 12.0.3 and not 12.1
