New Save ( LFC Update 21.8.15)

I've just downloaded LFC's latest update and I'm trying to find a good save to last untill FM16.

What I'm looking for in the club

- The club must have good training facilities and good youth facilities.

- Okay finances, I don't want a budget like £20-50M every season.

- Young Talent, If a team has a few good youth players to try make in the key players would be good.

-League- BPL, Championship, Maybe League 1, Or can someone suggest a decent team abroad as I don't really do saves out of England.


P.S- NO Teams that are title challengers please.
 
I'm currently rocking a save with Brøndby from ALKA Superliga (Denmark), their goal is top-3. The squad is a combination betweens youth and experience, mostly youth though. First season you're playing the EL-qualification. The team got some good facilities, compared to the rest of the teams in the league, and the board are willing to upgrade both youth- and training facilities from the start.
 
Ill take a look...

Teams I've looked at so far in England are Everton, Bolton, M'Boro, Brentford.

What teams should i look at in France,Spain, Germany,Italy Etc.
 
Celta, Rayo, Palermo, Sasuolo, Hertha, Koln, Villareal, Augsburg
 
I actually started a save myself with Middlesborough recently - Not a bad save to do
 
Ipswich town in the championship sound like they could be a good option for you... pretty sure they have good facilities and youth systems, budget of around 3M & they have good young players mings, bishop, hyam & George Fowler!
