New save, Suggestions?

So I was thinking of making a new save with a English Championship team, Do you guys have any suggestions?

A team that is fun to have with not to much to work with but a bit to fix? Not QPR, also... Any suggestions on who to buy?
will probably play a 4-2-3-1 with a Poacher, 2 IF, AP, BWM & DLP.

AFC Bournemouth would be a challenge. Not so good, but with the right tweaks...

Was thinking of like Leicester, Forest, Watford, Derby etc.. but don't know who to choose...
Not teams like Barnsley, Bournemoth, Yeovil.. you know

I'm Leicester and they are actually a really good side, backed by a thailand tycoon (Background). Anthony Knockaert is your star player hands down! Nugent and Wood will bang in the goals for you. Liam Moore is a hot prospect, you have one of the best keepers in the league with Schmeichel. I've really enjoyed my save with them to be honest.

Derby would be my second choice, just because they have super George Thorne at the moment And not to forget Will Hughes.
