I'm using the 10/2/16 Whizz Update, I'm looking for a new long term save.
Criteria :
Nation- England
Facilities- Good training facilities so I can bring threw good young players.
Team- Must NOT be a "Top team". E.G Man United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool oh and Leicester

Prospects- I'd like it if they had a few young talents just incase they don't give me a big budget.
