The Past and Present​

Scottish Football changed in 1998 when a 10 team top division changed to a 12 team top division with 3 divisions underneath with 10 teams in each league. In the last couple of years Scottish Football has been criticised not only by Scottish Football Fans but by Football Fans all over the world.​

Henry McLeish has been drawing up plans and reports in recent months to changed Scottish Football but out of the blue an unknown person with has sent the SFA plans which they have accepted and decided to allow the plans to go ahead and change Scottish Football forever.Here is what Scottish Football will look like from now on.​

The Future​

Leagues​

SPL- 20 Teams
SPL 2- 20 Teams
Scottish League 1- 22 Teams
Scottish League 2- 22 Teams
Scottish Conference Premier- 22 Teams
Scottish Conference League 1- 22 Teams​

Cups​

Scottish Cup
The 128 teams all start in the 1st of 7 rounds and try to get through the rounds and get the Hampden. As all of the teams start off in 1st round you are guaranteed some shock results throughout the tournament.​

Scottish League Cup
As like the Scottish Cup all 128 teams start of in the 1st round and they try and work their way through the rounds and try and reach the final at Hampden. As like the Scottish Cup you are guaranteed some shock results.​

Scottish Super Cup
This is the Cup in where the SPL winners play the Scottish Cup Winners. Its something to look forward to for the next season.​

No Reserves​

There are no Reserves/Under 19's which means you either need to loan your youth players out or let them go to trim your squad down. This help small club as they can loan players from big clubs and the two teams will benifit from the deal.​

Winter Break​

After all of the winter call offs and the state of the pitches in Scotland every winter, this new Winter Break will assure that the games will be played at first attempt. The break will between 5th December and 31st December and this means that your squad will be ready for your Scottish Cup 1st round game.​

Nice work, although, there is one issue.

The leagues are called 'SPL' and 'SPL 2'.

Doesn't SPL stand for Scottish Premier League? I am sure you can't have two Scottish Premier Leagues if one is the top-flight and the other is second-flight.

Cheers mate. Hope you enjoy it. Motherwell has a good team with great players for the future. If I were you I would not sell anyone and try and keep the squad together and they will bring you success with 1 or 2 good additions

Yeah mate I know what you mean but the SPL 2 is the league down from the Premier League but there are a difference in the team quailty between the SPL 2 and the Scottish League 1

daza where's threave rovers in this league or are they still in the south of scotland league
 
I would suggest that you put in a U19's league as I have a huge squad and it is impossible to get all the younger players playing time. Thats if you do update with suggestions.

They are in Scottish League 2

I will do change that just now mate so that there are U19 teams in it

Good idea to get an under 19s league in. I like the fact that theres no reserves, gives you your sqaud and future players aswell.Whats the prize money like?. If i hadnt just started a game with barca atletic i would be playing this but it will be getting downloaded defo. Does anyone know if logos are available for the scottish teams that dont have any outside the original top 4 tiers?
