My stadium is too small and is the smallest in the division.
I have the funds, and are hopefully going to get promoted as I am top of the league by 11 points.

Look what the board say! and can i change the councils mind?​

You might have more luck when you are in a higher league. Other than getting promoted I dont fancy your chances.

I had this problem with my Level 10 team as well, i just kept on asking them until they eventually announced they were building a new stadium (when i got to Leauge Two though). Also they said it would take two years so i'm in Leauge one with a stadium capacity of 1000!

Just keep at them mate and if you have the funds they should build a new one!
