New Stadium in Planning Phase

The board agreed to build a new stadium over a year ago and it's still going through the planning phase. It says it's due for completion in another 4 years. When do I find out what size it will be and ultimately how much it costs?

yeah , once it has started construction you will get the details , when i got a new stadium with AFC wimbledon i also got to name the stadium
