Ive been Brighton & Hove Albion from the start of my save and im currently in 2026 in desperate need of a new stadium. On the game Brighton moved into their new stadium at the start of the second season 2011/2012 and now in 2026 its been expanded to the point the board cant expand anymore.
Im making huge losses each month and one reason is i need a new stadium to compete and be better financially. In the board requests when i hover over build a new stadium it says "the club believe another new stadium should not be built at this time".
I was wondering if anyone else has had experience like this and is there a set a number of years a new stadium can be built after the latest stadium has been built.

If the board refuse to build one then you've got no hope of getting one. The fact that you're losing money doesn't help either.
Being a Newcastle fan I know how it feels to have giant ******** as owners

Yeah i know but they aint just refusing to build it for no reason its because Brighton got a new stadium already. I think I read somewhere on a forum that there is a certain number of years you have to wait for another new stadium but i aint too sure

15 years would usually be enough. It's probably your finances. Do you have any loan debt? Also is your current stadium being filled every week?

My finances are good at £190 million, i sell at least 1 or 2 big players each season. I have a gift loan of £80 mil from the start which is no repayable :S. Yeah my average attedance percentage is always highest at around 98-99%
