New Story - Long Term One Club Save

I am looking to begin a new FM19 adventure, but want a long term save with 1 club. I am looking for a top flight club, but don't want a challenge that will be too easy (winning the league in my first season and going on to dominate very early in the save)....

So I've narrowed it down to a few clubs I like the look of in different countries and would like your opinion to help me decide who to go with. I will be looking to start the save later today/tonight.

All of these clubs are predicted mid table or lower in their respective leagues and none have European competition in their opening season!

Cagliari seems to be the favourite at the moment which would be nice was I don't think anyone else is doing an Italy save on here at the moment
