New to FM and need a little help

This is my 2nd year playing and really getting into it and into the sport in general. I'm trying to build a team up a really bad team and it's difficult not knowing a lot of what to do in terms of how to get better players and better young players so my team can build and become successful. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

The only real way you can ever really attract better players overall is to build your team's stature up. And to do that, you need to reach latter stages of cups and get the best possible training grounds. Positive finances are also always a bonus.

I'm Carlisle in Sky bet 2. So would up grading my youth facilities increase my chance to

Don't think so, you need to get yourself promoted ideally. Find a tactic on here, or develop one that gets you up a league or two, will be much easier then.
