new to FM, help?

just started a new game with leeds united in championship, so far having played 13 games, we lie 20th in league and can get a win anywhere, does anyone have a recommended tactics and players to look out for?

Leeds probably isn't the best club to start at if you new. I'd learn the ropes at a bigger club first if I where you.

Also, telling the OP to use X tactic will not help him. He needs to learn how to make tactics for himself.
IMO you are not really playing the game if you use someone elses tactics

No.

You don't learn anything by using someone else's tactics.

@ red.devil - Read through Tactical Theorems '10. That is the place to start if you want to learn about tactics in FM. It is for FM10, but obviously it still fully applies to FM11.
