New to FM, What tactics should I use? Chelsea

Hey I'm not to sure what to write here but I'll give it a shot.
I am using chelsea and it's basically the same squad but I bought Juanzaj.
I am having a tough time scoring goals so we've gotten a lot of draws lately.
Im not too sure which tactic to use and the instructions.
this game is unlike any other I've played so I have a ton of learning to do.

Google 'FM15 tactics guide', there's loads of links to help get you started. The advice id give is to put your players in their best positions with their best roles, create a simple, balanced tactic (e.g high tempo, direct passing, counter strategy). Start off with a few instructions, watch the matches to see how your team plays, and make adjustments from there.

whats the best formation to have with chelsea? I have tried 3 5 2 which seems to work against the weaker teams in preseason but not so much in the league
