New to FM14. Not to the Game

Hi There, as the subject says im recent purchaser of FM14. Did not play FM13 was enjoying FM12 to much but the more out of date it goes the less realistic it becomes. First of all any information on what fake files to delete will be greatly appreciated and any other tips for training etc would be vey welcome as I believe the last 2 FMs are completely different. Thank you, points 2 and 3 are brilliant and very helpful. Im having trouble downloading point 1 as it is a rar file. Windows 8 seems to have a issue. I have deleted the usual 3 files and my German team and Holland team both have real squead player however Jens Jansen is in charge of Holland and not Louis Van Gaal. Is there any others like this and what do I have to do to get everything right so I can start a new game.

I'm not too sure on other options but you can download winrar for windows 8 free from there website
