New update FM 15 (Stew)

Ive just started a new game with the latest update to find that there is a few things missing or just cant find how to do it.

firstly 90% of staff is missing only chef scout, chef phy, chef coach, assistant manager, and so on

secondly cant find team talks before the match during half time and at the end of the match.

and last but not least cant find to apply assistant managers advise for match.

all this things where on the previous game but like I said cant find them at all.

Have these been removed ? or can someone help me to locate them again

Try checking the setup before the game, maybe that's why some of the personel isn't there :)
 
are you playing classic mode by any chance?
 
yeah I am just realized, I take it you cant change that
 
what I have noticed though you can only do the pay cheats (add ons) in classic mode, ie new stadium, all players interested and so on
