Newb editor question

I've been playing FM since '07 but I am totally unfamiliar with the editing side of the game.

Because i've never had a wonderkid come up through my academy who I could develop for the first team, I want to put myself in the game as a 15 year old, who will be able to at least be a back-up to the first team (liverpool) when he is at his peak, but could be world-class.

My question here is, what PA should I use and is there anything else I should be made aware of?

200, if you want him to be a legend

It really depends on your youth setup and things, One season I had a cm, touted the next owen hargreaves, then 2 strikers, wonderkids, touted the next Henry and the other was touted the next Sean Brown ( That was me because I edited me in the game)

If you edit yourself, do Potential Ability 200 then, current ability like 90 or something.

World class player PA is 170-200 put his CA to 80 and vital stats between 12-20 and should be playing as back-up by the time he's 18.

just put everything 200, all his stats 20, then make him 15 years old, simple
