newbie help please.

hi, very new to this and could do with a bit of help, tips on any of the following would be gratefully received.
1. how do you improve the passing of your players.?
2. what do you do if your assistant says "x is used to playing a more direct game"?
3. how do you improve the accuracy of your strikers?

The 'attacking' section of the training schedule affects your player's passing ability. So if you want to improve if, go to 'training (senior)' and increase the 'attacking' bar.

If you want to play a more direct style of game, go to 'Team Instructions', and pull the 'Passing style' bar to the right - the further it goes right, the more direct (long ball) your team plays.

The accuracy of your strikers comes under the 'shooting' category of training.

You can also improve your training by improving the coaches you have.
