Good luck, it is a fun challenge, I have succesfully done it myself. Look at Falcao as a new signing, he played unbelievably in Championship for me, and was ready for the Prem by the next season.

right guys, first update for anybody who is interested....Whats suprised me more than anything is the ease in which ive managed to keep a hold of my players except the departure of ben tozer on loan to accrington.

Transfers in has been has been extremely quiet apart from the signing of Razvan Rat, a left back from Shaktar Donetsk (cheap at £2.6m)

A few tactics followed in an unbeaten pre season (6 wins from 6) and when the season started away at Swansea i stuck with the tried and tested 4-4-2 with a few tweaks here and there.

The league campaign kicked off as i said at Swansea. A tough game at the best of times started badly but the lads managed to turn it round and get on top.

A great start and im looking foward to more of the same....
