Newcastle Utd - 2nd Season

just about to start pre season and in need of a couple of players, so far this season ive bought alex smithies (1.5m) and kyle bartley (1.5m). I have 11m left and looking at either a striker and a AMC or a player that can play both.
Theres a few players ive looked at but unsure whether or not to buy them, angelo henriquez, raul garcia, javi garcia.
Are these good players if not, can you recommend some players youve had experience with. Cheers

striker - leandro damaio, you can get him for around 3.5 million.

AMC - try and get will hughes for around 5-6 million.

You could try Ricky Lambert. Averages a goal every 2 games, and was directly involved in 27 goals in only 30 starts for my Southampton. Shouldn't cost too much either, good striker that can play both ST and AMC. Despite his age, still does very good.

ST: Paolo Dybala/Abel Hernandes/Vietto/Rescaldani/Long is quite the beast on FM14 as is Esmael (or Ismael) Goncalves
AMC: Dario Conca/Montillo (may have wp issues tho) so try Pisano from River.
