Newly promoted (to the prem)

Anyone got any advice on tactics or players for teams newly promoted to the prem?

Just been promoted somehow after a jammy season with my Charlton team and have around 8m to spend. Need to fill multiple positions but wondering if there is any gems out there online, on frees (end of first season) or on loan.

Gutted the board only giving me 40% of transfer income too, so not likely I'll be getting more money.

Vitinho on a free, I managed to get young keeper Perrin on a free and he is currently out on loan first team for Fiorintina in the 3rd season (the only reason I don't play him is because I have Lloris). If Derby didn't come up with you you could try and unsettle Hughes.
