News Scrolling?

Since i updated the new patch, my game just scrolls through any new news i have when i go to the next day or just click continue. just gets quite annoying and was wondering if there is an option or something to stop it.

tried it an it didnt seem to help, it often scrolls through days at a time and then when it stops scrolls through all the news very quickly. So then i have to go back through it to read it!

Are you leaning on the space bar, or perhaps is it stuck down?

nope, i thought it could be a keyboard issue at first and have tried others but still no change
