Next opposition scout reports

I've assigned one of my scouts to scout next opposition but I don't seem to be getting a message with the scout reports and I can't find out where they are. Can anybody point me to them? Or does anyone know why I would not be getting the reports in my inbox?

i have been similar problem and am looking for help, i have set my scouts to make reports on my next opposition.
im playing BATE in the uefa cup, my scout has come back saying he has complied a report on them and tells me they play in the highest bulgarian league but nothing else and dont seem to be able to look at the reports
