Well i'm Leeds and he has joined me and Raikan got him for Piacenza and if i remember correctly he uses the 10.1 patch i may be wrong though

I barely played that Piacenza game :'( it was made for my only (failed) attempt at a story... :S

as mentioned above, he is a good cheap player and seems to be bursting on the scene this year...

Great find for 90k, I take it he was on the transfer list to be 90k... Looks decent, I'm currently on 2015 on my game so I'll check him out and post a screen.
