NK Maribor - My biggest challenge

After a successful career as a player decided not to give up football. I told myself to sign up for a course trainer, so I did. At the age of 36 graduated from the course and it now remains to find a team that can win awards. At the end of May 2011 I received two offers. Was One of Nafta, and the other Mura 05. While pondering bids received an invitation to run Maribor. I immediately took two days and then flew to Slovenia to sign a contract.

Two wins and a loss. However I was pleased.

In the Champions League in the second qualifying round fell to play with Estonian Flora. Unknown rival. I assumed that the game is not difficult, so it was. 1:3

On the return leg in Maribor deservedly won 2-1.

Match the SuperCup Slovenia. Match with Domžale was 50-50, but won with minimum 1-0 with a goal in seven minutes. First award for Manager of Maribor.
