No Champions League Qualification

Hi guys, im hoping someone could help me

I just finished my second season with West Ham and managed to finish second after a great run of games since january. It wasn't until i got to December in my third season that I realised that I have not played a Champions League match, i checked on season summary and it told me Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City and Swansea qualified due to Chelsea 1st, Arsenal 3rd, Man City 4th and Swansea 5th.

I was not in debt, i was meeting fair play regulations, all my signings were within my budget so WTF!!!

Post a screenshot of the league positions for that season, your FFP information in your finances and your manager career history for us please and we can see, if you truly finished second and you weren't put into the CL, then its more than likely you ran your team into debt with non-obvious finance packages like paying over longer terms. However just post the above and I'm sure we will get to the bottom of it fella.
