Man City just got 10 yellow cards in the second leg of the CL semi-final. Is there still no fining for that kind of thing? 14 yellows to my 5 over the two legs, but I got the only red (their players always just got a talkung to instead of a second :( )

Heh, I don't think there's a rule 10 yellow card = a penalty shot :P

Haha, that would be amusing, although I actually meant financial penalties or reprimand for the club. In reality, clubs are fined in the EPL if they receive five yellow cards in a match (although this may be discretional), but this doesn't seem to happen in FM.

They prob did get fined, why would you see it?

I could have sworn I got a message saying the club had been fined for failing to control players when most of my team got booked (hilarious match). Probably blurring FM and real life again. <)

I suppose they could have been fined privately, jusy thought there would have been press coverage as it was the CL semi final and a local derby.

Hehe... it's the first time I hear that clubs get fined if the they receive five yellow cards in a match… good to know
