No england / spain to choose from when starting a game

I cant choose england or spain and few other countries when i want to start the game. ( ive bought the game on beta 10 days before release and it worked fine, suddenly now problems show up )

When starting a new game there is a button to press what says editor files before country selection screen. If you cannot find it gimme an hour or so and ill put up a screen I am at the gym ATM

even then how is it not just there but with a red triangle?? wow you must have really changed some stuff.
