No fa cup :(

Hi, whenever i create a team, and put them in BSS they never get entered into the FA Cup

I have also tried taking Weston Super Mare and changing their team name, location etc. but once again they never get entered into the FA Cup apart from one time when they were entered for the first season but then in the second season they werent entered again

Is there something i need to do or can this just not be solved?

If im right, a football club has to be in business for a year before being able to enter in the FA Cup.
