No More Feeder Club For Work Permits In The New Patch???

I have loaded up a couple of starter saves to experiment this but every time I get accepted for a feeder club to deal with work permits the board say they cannot find one.

I then double checked teams that I knew had that (Chelsea, Man City and Man Utd) and nowhere does it say anything about work permits.

Finally I checked in the editor and that option isnt even there!!!!

Anyone else noticed this or had the same problem? Not worth playing in England if I can never sign a talented foreign youngster!!!

I just set up a work permit club in 14.3

Oddly, I had Dinamo as my permit club for two years, but suddenly, they became just a normal feeder club, happened before i updated to 14.3 though

If you already have a feeder club for work permits, the option isn't there, because you don't need two clubs solely for the purpose of work permits.

Thats not correct.
I have 2 clubs.

There could be many reasons for having 2 clubs...
