no more than 11 coaches..another stupid restriction

The board allow me to offer wages up to 4 millions/year for a key player but I cannot hire more than 11 coaches.Isn't it stupid ?
 
What team are you, and yeah is anoying when they do that specially when your going for 7star training

I play with Borussia Dortmund.
Last season I've finished on the 3rd place in the league, played the Quarter Finals of the UEFA Cup and won the German Cup and they still don't allow me to hire more than 11 coaches.
 
this can be pretty frustrating if you have your coaching set up perfectly but you just need one more fitness coach or something and the board give you absolutely no le-way at all on one more coach and theres just nothing you can do without sacking a coach
 
i dont see the point in having alot of coaches i like to have 2 youths,1 ist team 1 fitness and a general coach.

3-4 scouts and a physio

sorted.
 
yeah but to get really good stars with the big clubs you cant just have that

thats what i like to have if im a lower league club but to get the most amount of training stars you need a certain amount of coaches for each attribute
 
Im having the same problem with Blackburn rovers at the moment. 3rd season in, league places of 6th and 7th, UEFA cup semi, Carling Cup semi yet not more then 11 coaches.

Next season I reckon, looking to finish in the top four. You could always offer one of your existing coaches a new contact as an assistant and then hire a new coach.
 
Do you really think it has that much of an effect on your teams performances?
 
You do know you can offer your youth coach a new contract as a first team coach then sign a new youth coach. A way around the restriction.

Not directly, But players stats and value will increase at a faster rate, generating more potential profit and better players for the club
 
One of my coaches ran out of contract.He will leave the club if I don't renew his contract in the next month.But he still figures in among my coaches and I cannot hire another one.
What should I do to expel him immediately ?
