No More Transfer Embargo!!!

Hi Peeps, well im sure you all know that at the start of a game you can Untick "Transfer Embargo" from the extra files section in my prefrances which will stop any team getting an embargo for the whole duration of the game. which I wouldn't do even tho my beloved Portsmouth f.c are always in a Transfer Embargo at the start of the game. But i have now worked out away to not only keep the Transfer Embargo's in the game but even make other teams start with them, i have also worked out how to make teams start in administration, AND how to add yourself as a chairman.( in name, not in job role) and I have done all this with out using the Editor

just though i would share this with you. feel free to ask how, and i will try my hardiest to explain in a easy manor how to do it yourself.

So, if I understood right, you made every other team with transfer embargo without using editor. Can I ask how ?

Don't you just go to said Extra files and add whichever team it is to those films.
Thus they start in a transfer embargo/administration.
