No-one wants to go into wage talks with my club?

I have managed to get Charlton into the premiership by winning both league 1 and the championship and came 15th in first season in the premiership, but whenever my transfer offer is accepted no one will let me offer them a wage and just says they are not interested and they are not even amazing players for example kyle walker, Jamie O hara and tom Cairney. why is this? oO)

If you're trying to do this as soon as you've won promotion your teams reputation won't have bee updated yet. You usually have to wait until the end of the season for these things to kick in sadly. Had to put up with this with my Badalona side, meant I missed out on a few players.

i have been in the premiership for one season now and i still cant get players

try signing said players on loan, or cimplimenting them in the press

even when i try and get them on loan they wont even let me negotiate them

How many seasons are you in?
If your a few you should start to look for regens, also when you go into search for player ask your assistant to filter unrealistic targets, that way the players your bidding for will be interested.
Iv just got Sheffield Wednesday back to their glory days in the premiership, back to back promotions. Iv opted for older experienced players and out of contract players.
