According to the report, tens of thousands of Consoles have been retained by customs in the Netherlands.

Yeah, but it could go on for Longer....hopefully they come to some kind of agreement over the issues

Well, LG want Sony to pay them for each PS3 sold now, but they could come to an agreement that suits both parties.
