No tools folder

Hi iim trying to edit fm2010 and add new leagues using the editor but i cant find it i know ive not deleted it and its not in my fm2010 folder how can i get it please help?

your data editor should be in desktop, computer, your c drive, program files, steam, steamapps, common, football manager 2010, tools, editor

it will either be here:
C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\Tools\Data Editor

or if your'e on a mac then it will be here:
Finder > Macintosh HD > Applications > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2010 > Tools > editor > Editor.app
