No Transfer Money

This is my first FM game and I play with Chelsea, I consistently do well but this season got left behind due to the board taking away my 30 million or so transfer budget away. I finished 1 in the league but got knocked out of every single other tournament. Also my wages were over so i was forced to decrease my transfer budget and now doesn't let me adjust it at all and is stuck on the lowest possible. I thought at the end of the season I would get money as you do every end of season to allow me to control the wage problem . But this time i didn't. I received no money and am scared that i will get left behind my by opponents. Please help me guys.

Why did they take away the 30mil?
What are your player wages like, you might need to offload some of the older/higher wage players that you don't use.

You probably have players that has a huge wage. Off load them or some of the players you don't need.

I am Drogba is gone, Benayoun gone, Zhirkov gone, Rajkovic gone but is there anything I can do now?

this on the latest patch? coz chelsea start with no money due to the january signings..
