Is there a way to disable all transfers for all teams?

I want to start a new campaign but have all teams produce youth prospects with no ability to sign players through loans and transfers. I've had a look on the editor - albeit I'm not great at it - and couldn't see anything.

I know you can do this on FM Touch but can it be done on the main campaign?

Just edit the clubs in the league you wish to play in and give them all crazy long transfer bans in the Editor.

ah right okay. So no way to do this for all teams? As in, not go through 100 teams and give them transfer bans? If I wanted to do this for all english teams, I'd have to go through every team and give them a transfer ban?
