No Upgrading

Hi there, i wasn't sure if i should put this in the "technical" forum, as it's definitely not a crash dump or anything.

So guys (and girls) i've been having a slight problem with fm2011 - latest patch, whenever i go to upgrade my training facilities, nothing happens, ie, the board accept my request, it get's planned, and then built however facilities themselves don't upgrade.

for example - i am playing hearts, they having a youth facility of 10 (just a random number) i pay for an upgrade which costs me, 4 million pounds, everything happens, legal hoops, planning commision etc .

I get the message it's been finished, they have been upgraded, there is a party, next in game day, i check on genie scout, my youth facilities are still 10.

Does this happen to others? i searched but i doubt it does...

it has happened to me only once, and unfortunately in my long term San Marino save

we started building a youth academy, planning then completing and then... nothing happened! the bar stayed on "completed" for two years but still no academy. Which was a bit unfortunate as the academy was the focal point of the infamous San Marino double challenge...

in all my other saves (both before and after) I always improved facilities/academy without problems. Just a random bug I'm afraid.
