No Wonderkids

Hi guys, I've been doing a Rangers save for 10 seasons now and I have state of the art training, top youth facilities, well established youth recruitment and my HOYD is Wim Jonk. I have almost everything you need to bring through wonderkids yet the best player I get every year is (if I'm lucky) 2.5* potential, just wondering what else I can do?

I'm the exact same at Man Utd mate, in 2023 now and youth intake is always ****. I wouldn't just judge them on stars though, it's a good starting point but click on the higher rated ones. Sometimes their attributes will be better than the stars indicate. Any I think could be decent I add WK on the end of their name (wonderkid - even if they're not exactly wonderkids!) just so i remember who to keep an eye on / loan etc
