No youth intake

Just started my second season with spurs, im on August 2nd and still havent had a new intake of youth players? Isnt it supposed to happen in july at the start of every season? There is hardly any new young players in the player search screen either? Also the transfer window started in June????? Anyone else had these problems?

There is only 6 players that are 16 years old when i search players under 21 with value over 1 million, normally there is loads of new regens every july???

Ive tried only getting 2 or 3 new youth players.... Dont know why...

Well It must be yet Another problem in the game then because I'm at end of august now and still had no intake, half my u18 team is greyed out and i don't even have a keeper, normally have at least 3!
