I was originally going to start in Portugal but then Napoli caught my eye so I started with them.I know about the rule where you can only sign 2 non-eu players but I was wondering. If I sign Cardozo and Benitez to the team and since they are both South Americans does that mean I cant like say sign a regen or a player that wont be joining for abother few season due to age.

You can only sign 1 non-eu player from abroad. I think you should try to buy Kadlec, because he is an eu player and he turns out into a really good player. But it depends on how you want to play your striker

Yes, you can, BUT when the regen comes (Say, season 11/12) you won't be able to sign a non EU player. Also, AFAIK, the rule limits you to 1 player, and only if you buy a player from abroad - I guess buying non EU player from other Italian clubs should be fine.

Is toloi considered to be Eu since he has due citizenship being Brazilian and Italian.
