Non-league manager looking for glory...

Can anyone help...?

I have just started a game on the hand held version of FM and want to start as a non league side. I have chosen Cambridge United (my home town) and wondered if anyone had any tips.

I am fairly new to all this so any tip no matter how straight forward would help. Just don't wanna get relegated in my first season!

Tactics, Players or general advice all welcome!!

well, try to sing some free players, some old, but good players, abouth tactic, use 4-5-1, like this...

Managed to win the league in the first season. Mainly due to players I got on loan, which I am starting to regret now as the start of my second season is bringing all sorts of problems!
