Non League Stats

so ive just started my non league journey, most of the players in and around the non league are shocking, all pretty much single figure stats...i know pace and stamina make a massive difference in the lower leagues on the english game...but am i looking for the most basic of stats for certain players...i.e defenders - tackling, center mid - passing, wingers - pace and forwards - finishing? or is there just a little bit more too it?

I always just go for the basic stats. I make sure my CBs have a bit of pace too. If you have a pacey striker you are pretty much set. I had a 16 year old left winger playing up front with 18 pace and only 6 finishing, he scored 30 goals in BSP.

well i do have a pacey striker, but he struggles to be consistant...what kind of tactics were you playing?
