Non League

I sometimes like to take a non league team and work my way up the ranks so i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to set a team up in the non league or lower football league.

Eg Oxford, Alderhot, Reading (i know they arn't lower league but always have trouble getting them to win!!)?

Not sure about setting one up (editor wise) but the lower down you start the more in control you feel as the club will need serious nursing to get up the leagues. The first day of a new game as a lower league team is an experience but highly recommended. Get yourself down in the blue sq (or lower if you have downloaded the add on) and build! Live the dream!
