Hello
Ok so first of all i was looking for answers here and i couldnt find any clear so i make a thread and im sorry if answer is somewhere around :)

So yeah i started as Barcelona manager and since start i had problems with morale even tho i was 1st in a league with 15 games streak and score like 50-9 but players are always angry at me because low discipline at my team...so question is how can i keep discipline in my squad? or what to do with low morale or players who wants to leave a club...

another story is that players from my "B" team become angry at me because they are last at liga adelante....but what im suppose to do if they have their own manager? i cant do **** about it and again they want to leave a club...any advice?

Thanks for any reply and once more im sorry if i did anything wrong with thread

To keep discipline you have to fine or repreend your players when they get sent off or something like that, and you can't tolerate them standing up to you, so, always act bossy.

Give out warnings or fines when players get sent off. Not to excessively on the fines though otherwise they may complain about unfair treatment.

i agree with the warnings/fines but you have to give a player a warning for the first red, then one weeks wages for the sacond red card, and twoo weeks wages for the third red

Its interesting to hear peoples 'tactics' on the fines for Red Cards. I usually dive straight in on the 1 week wages fine, if its a Red Card, that has cost us a match.

And its always 2 weeks fine, for missing training.

And as for the B Team situation, is there anyway you can replace the B Team Manager, or is that not up to you?

i think so...gonna try it anyway thanks for help i hope its gonna get better now :)

For Red Cards I say it depends on the club, I always do Warning first, then 1 week fine, 2 week fine for the 2nd if it occurs in a relatively short period, otherwise keep it at 1 week. At a smaller club the money saved might be signifcant enough to go straight to 1-week fines for your star players if they don't start throwing hissy fits.

Just re-read your OP. Ignore the B-side, I've always found them useless except to just throw truly awful players who I can't possibly sell to see out their contracts. Barca are a moneybags side so you want to be focusing on youth buys, of which they are -loads- of cheap ones available (and getting Thiago as much playing time as possible so he can take over from Xavi unless you decide to buy Cesc/similar)
