I don't see why not. He's got good strength, good first touch and he's tallish

i have never used a target man before so i was just wondering if i should use him as one ??

It depends really. If your team is playing well without the use of a Target Man then I wouldn't bother. However, if your team is struggling to keep hold of possession in the final third, then it might be worth considering

Not every tactic needs a target men,I play with 2 strikers no target or playmaker and doing great
