Northern Irish Premier League 1st Season

I always like a challenge when playing FM so I thought I'd give the Northnern Irish Permier League a go. Though I'm kind of stuck with some good players to buy as this is the first time I've played FM12.

So anyone give me some recommendations on who to buy for my first season?
