Norwich centre back

I need a centre back for my Norwich team in league one.I'm in my first season,and transfer season's almost over,and we keep conceding goals when one on one. I want one that can take charge and command the areaand keep them in good shape.I've got no money but i'd spread it over,any fee up to about half a million,Tar.
Also so i don't make a new thread can i have some hints to help me,none of my strikers can score one on one,Holt and S.Jackson,any tips wha' to do

Sol Campbell is free and is half decent

If you can get Miles Addison on loan for say £300k up front and £2.7M future fee, you should get him although you might not be able to buy him later, you'll just get him on loan.

Look at Zander Diamond from Aberdeen, he is pretty good.

and if the worst comes to the worst then go for Andrew Considine.
