Not continuing after winning in extra time

I have just won a match in extra time, and after getting to the end of extra time, all the players ran onto the pitch and confetti came on and stuff (All the usual after winning a final). But now it won't continue after extra time. It acts as if the match is still playing, and it is waiting for the next highlight, but the scoreboard shows it is ended.

Any idea what I could do? I'll lose 3 matches if I have to quit, so really don't want to do that if I can help it!

i had the same problem i had to quit and go bk 4 games
