Not doing pre-match conferences, does it matter?

Hey,

I was just wondering whether not doing pre-match conferences and asking your assistant to attend instead actually had any bearing on the game. For example, could not doing press conferences mean that bigger clubs are less likely to try and hire you?

It only affects morale of your team. Unfortunately only very few ***-mans in the game can handle press conferences on their own really well, although to be fair the whole thing is a bit random even if you do it yourself.
