Not getting option to make players available for reserves

I have recently started a Hamburg save and I am not getting an inbox each week to give me the option of making players available for B team or under 19s. Is there anything I can do to change this? I know I can do it individually for players but prefer the option of selecting each game

When I was playing with HSV, there was a lot of silly things in their B and u19 team, most of them should be bugs.

However, I cant remember if you get asked should your B team participate in competitions. Try checking to see if they're in any. Maybe thats the issue.

I'll look into it tomorrow.
