Not letting me add pictures to stories. why?

I've just signed up to fm-base and was looking to start a story about my leeds united game. when i try to add pictures from my computer it is saying that i do not have permission for this action. does anyone know why this is and what i can do to fix it

I think there is a rule that you can not post pics etc. in your 1st 10 posts (or something along those lines)

two ways to put screenshots on.....either uploading the screenshot on a site like Tinypic.com and then copying the actual picture once uploaded onto where you want it on here
